Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We’ve extended our returns window for the holiday season! Orders can now be returned up until January 6th. Please note:
- Refunds are only available if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, items will only be eligible for store credit or exchange.
General Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following:
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items that have tags removed or are returned with scents (e.g., perfume, smoke, body odor, or aftershave) will not be accepted.
- For sizing concerns, we are happy to provide measurements upon request to help minimize the need for returns.
Refund & Exchange Terms
- The cost of returning items is your responsibility.
- Use a recorded delivery service when returning items. We are not liable for items lost in transit, and no store credit or exchange will be issued if items fail to reach us.
- Items purchased using a credit note from a previous return are non-returnable.
- Returns must be delivered to us within 14 days of purchase.
- If you cancel an order before dispatch, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover card processing fees.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us immediately with the following details:
- Your name, address, and order number.
Faulty items must be reported and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your name, address, and order number. The incorrect item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
